No member or guest shall engage in any behavior that causes a disturbance to the peaceful enjoyment of the mosque for other members or guests in the premises of Tracy Islamic Center. This includes, but is not limited to, loud noises, rowdiness, or any other behavior that may be deemed disruptive or offensive, including, but not limited to, physical and verbal attacks or abuse against other members, guests, or volunteers. Any member or guest found to be in violation of these rules of conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, including fines, suspension of membership privileges, and if necessary, the issuance of a restraining order, as determined by the Board of Directors/Management team.
